Nurtured Mom & Baby Circle (12 Week Series)

Thank you for your interest in the Nurtured Mom and Baby Circle – a nurturing space for you and your baby to connect and grow with other mothers.

This 12-week program, developed by neuroscientist Dr. Greer Kirshenbaum and guided by her students Miona and Lyla, blends scientific research with compassionate care. It offers practical tools to support your parental brain and your baby's development, fostering lifelong well-being for both of you.

Our next Circle runs on Wednesdays at 10:30 AM SAST/CET, from September 17th to December 3rd. We will coordinate any minor schedule adjustments due to the late October clock change to ensure it remains convenient for the group.
