Nurture Neuroscience
Pregnancy Circles
A NURTURING SPACE WHERE EXPECTANT MOTHERS CAN CONNECT, GROW, AND LEARN—PREPARING FOR THE JOURNEY AHEAD.
Based on the bestselling book The Nurture Revolution by neuroscientist Dr. Greer Kirshenbaum, this 12-week group offers science-backed education, practical tools, and supportive practices to help you nurture your baby and your own evolving parental brain—for lifelong mental health.
Your baby's brain begins its astonishing development in utero, and the nurture they receive during this time and in the first three years of life lays the foundation for emotional wellbeing that lasts a lifetime.
As a mother, your brain is also undergoing profound transformation as part of matrescence. During pregnancy and your baby's early years, your brain is especially open to change. By nurturing your baby and receiving nurture yourself, you're supporting both of your mental health journeys in powerful and lasting ways.
