One on One
Infant and Family Sleep Sessions
My Approach to Sleep
My approach is evidence-based, trauma-informed, and rooted in attachment theory. Influenced by leading experts in infant mental health and sleep—such as Dr. Dan Siegel, Prof. James McKenna, Dr. Gordon Neufeld, Dr. Gabor Maté, and Prof. Helen Ball—I bring a strong foundation in neuroscience, thanks to my training with Dr. Greer Kirshenbaum.
I take a holistic, family-centered approach to sleep coaching, empowering you to make choices that work best for your family. I prioritize connection, safety, and rest for both you and your baby, without using sleep training or separation methods. Together, we'll ensure that your chosen sleep practices are safe, nurturing, and supportive of your family's well-being.
Infant and Family Sleep Sessions
I offer one-on-one sleep sessions for parents of infants (0-3 years) to address your sleep needs and challenges such as:
Sessions include guidance on biologically normal infant sleep, sleep safety, and strategies to optimise sleep for both baby and parent/caregiver.
